Because computer monitors have different brightness settings, the swatches can be slightly lighter or darker depending on your settings. In order to make absolutely sure of the color of the product, many kitchen and bath stores have samples or swatches you can see in person. 

It is the full responsibility of the buyer to make sure they are aware of the color of the product before purchase. If the material is discontinued, and you are not able to obtain a sample, then the customer is assuming the risk in ordering.
